A FALLEN tree temporarily blocked a main road in Penarth last night.
As high winds from storm Aileen battered south Wales and large parts of the UK overnight, one tree fell onto the road in Victoria Road in the town centre.
Dr Iestyn Jones discovered the fallen tree on Tuesday (September 12) evening.
