CONNER’S Comedy Bash promises a laugh while paying tribute to a wonderful young man – Conner Marshall.
An evening of laughter and comedy is guaranteed at the forthcoming event, in Penarth, following the family’s Conner’s Beard Bash event which previously raised nearly £6,000 for charity.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone attending £5,851 was raised for the The 2 Wish Upon a Star charity which was an organisation which helped Conner’s family following his murder in March 2015.
The event then saw more than 200 people, including friends, family, school and workmates of 18-year-old Conner, turn out at Penarth Conservative club for an evening of music, comedy and prizes aimed at honouring the popular teen’s motto of “life goes on”.
Following the huge success of Conner’s Beard Bash the family and friends of much-loved Conner Marshall are excited and pleased to again celebrate the life and smile of a very special young man.
Taking charge of the evening at the Paget Rooms is the charming, witty comedian Col Howarth, with exciting local talent performing hilarious gags, stories and one-liners.
A bar, merchandise, and raffle will also be available
The ticket-only event will arrive at the Paget Rooms, Victoria Road, in Penarth, on Friday, April 27.
Doors open 7pm. All tickets cost £10 from Foxy’s Deli, Victoria Road, in Penarth, and the Head Office Salon, in Newlands Street, Barry.
