A PENARTH interiors and gift store is expanding after the closure of its cafe.

Hamptons, in Ludlow Lane, Penarth, is set over two floors in a converted Victorian meeting hall.

Following the closure of its Blue Pelican Cafe, the store is now in the process of an expansion.

Included in the plans is the upcoming relocation of the Viader Vitality Holistic Therapy Room from Washington Pharmacy to the store.

Peter Knowles, of Hamptons, said: "Our ethos is high quality and that includes products in our store, innovative design, great service, and the perfect customer experience. We’ve long been fans of Claire Viader’s superb treatments and we’re thrilled that she’ll be moving her therapy room here at the end of this month.”

Claire Viader said: “I’m delighted to be relocating my treatment room to Hamptons and would like to thank Andy and Peter for this great opportunity. It’s such an exciting time at the moment as the room is being re-designed and decorated, and I re-launch my new-look website as well as some exciting new treatments and products."

Ms Viader will be using items from the independent based Honey Bee Beautiful company which is located in Monmouthshire. All of the products are made using honey and beeswax.

"I’ll be using these products in my facial treatments; they are completely free from parabens, lanolin, palm oil, SLS, petro chemicals, mineral oils, synthetic fragrances or any other nasties, and as well as treating the skin they smell divine," Ms Viader said.

“I can’t wait to welcome my clients, old and new, to this fresh new treatment room which will open upstairs in Hamptons Penarth on Tuesday, September 4.”
