THE CLIFF Top Painters will kick off their art exhibition today, as part of the Penarth Summer Festival.

The artists’ 11-day show, which runs from July 9 to 19 from noon to 8pm, takes place in a new venue on the Cliff Tops this year after relocating from the Esplanade.

Wally Davies, who helps organise the exhibition, said: “This is a new venue and hopefully we will get a good attendance and see all our usual visitors and more.”
