Penarth's Belle Vue Music in the Park on Sunday!

THE Belle Vue Music in the Park Festival will take place this Sunday, July 15.

Record crowds are expected after a series of ‘extremely successful years’, with a wide selection of talent to appeal to all tastes and ages.

Among those in the line-up are regulars Jessica Lee Morgan, Sochia Enos, Open House and The Snorklers, while new faces include SOS, Emily Langford, Gentlemen Prefer Blonds and South Marina.

All bands and performers will be singing live in the park between 2pm and 6pm.

Organiser Anne Keeling said: “There will be plenty of attractions including games for children, bric-a-brac, bowls, coconut shy, barbecue and various food and drink stalls to keep all ages amused while the music is playing.

“It is anticipated to once again be a fun, relaxing and memorable event for everyone.”

Entry to the event is free, with donations welcomed.

The event is run by the Friends of Belle Vue Park. The park has been awarded the prestigious Green Flag Award for the eighth year in a row.
