Teenager charged with damaging five cars in Penarth street

A TEENAGER has been charged with criminal damage, following an incident in Penarth in which several cars in one street were scratched.
The alleged incident occurred at Mountjoy Place at around 1.15am on Thursday, August 9.
Police were alerted by a local resident, and arrested an 18-year-old at the scene.
He has since been charged with causing criminal damage to a Mazda 323, a Suzuki Alto, a Renault Clio, a Citroen Picasso, and a Citroen Berlingo.
He is due to appear at Cardiff and Vale Magistrates Court on September 11.
