Family funday at Penarth Rugby Club next weekend

PENARTH Rugby Club is planning a family fun day for Saturday, September 29.

A host of activities ranging from face-painting to funfair rides will be on hand to keep the children entertained while adults can watch a corporate Touch Rugby Tournament in aid of The Prince's Trust from 9.30am, and then Penarth play Nantymoel at 2.30pm.

Honorary secretary of the club Sara Siddall said: "The aim of the event is to provide a fun-filled day for families and to showcase our athletic club and its facilities.

"We encourage local people to join us and take advantage of our great clubhouse and facilities."
