Getting on the property ladder: Open Day for home ownership scheme in Penarth

AN Open Day is being held to promote a new home ownership scheme in Penarth.
The scheme in Plassey Street is giving first-time buyers a chance to get their foot on the property ladder, with the opportunity to own a new-build property in a sought-after location.
The open day will be held at Plassey Street on Saturday, October 27, from 10am to 2pm.
Under the scheme, one-bedroom flats will be available from £77,000 - which is 70 per cent of the market value of £110,000. Approximately £3,850 will be required for a 5 per cent deposit.
Two-bedroom flats will be available from £91,000 - which is 70 per cent of the market value of £130,000. Approximately £4,550 will be required for a 5 per cent deposit.
