A 14-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested after an alleged assault on two teenagers at Penarth beach last month.

Two boys, aged 15 and 16, were allegedly attacked at around 8.30pm on Friday, January 22. A 14-year-old who was arrested in connection with the offence has been released on police bail, pending further investigation.
