New Green site is just a click away

THE Vale of Glamorgan Green Party has launched its new website www.valegreenparty.org.uk - containing information about campaigns, events and connects with Twitter and Facebook.

Matt Townsend, who was a candidate for the Green Party in the general election, said: "The website and our use of social media such as Twitter and Facebook are important as they enable us to communicate very effectively and enable people to see that the Green Party is now active in the Vale."

The party has also started holding meetings in the function room of The Windsor pub in Penarth, on the fourth Monday of every month.

The next one will be on July 26 July at 7pm. The informal meetings are open to everyone, not just party members.
