OPEN: Boxing legend Joe Calzaghe officially opened the Penarth Heights development, with Sandra Dixon, sales and marketing director for Crest Nicholson.
PENARTH Heights' showhouse was officially opened by boxing legend Joe Calzaghe on the weekend.
The five-bedroom luxury home - named ‘The Admiral’ - was unveiled by the world champion fighter on Saturday morning.
The event gave potential homebuyers an opportunity to get a first glimpse at the new homes on the development, which replaces the former Billybanks estate.
“We are very happy with the look and feel of Penarth Heights, which we believe complements the highly desirable location of Penarth,” said Crest Nicholson managing director Tim Beale.
“This is a landmark site for Crest Nicholson and, in our view, the best location in South Wales.”
Prices range between £129,000 and £850,000.
