AT the Annual General Meeting of the Area Scout Council, Julian Jordan, District Commissioner of Penarth and District was presented with the Award of Merit by Gill Gloucester, Chief Commissioner, Scouts Wales.
The Award for Merit is given for outstanding service of not less than 12 years, and 10 years exceptionally. It implies keen, conscientious, imaginative and dedicated service over a sustained period.
