Help save water class

FOR 23 years I have been doing water aerobics and I can think of no better way of keeping strong and fit.

I am now 67 and, apart from hereditary arthritic pain, I am as fit as a flea. The benefits for all ages are incredible – lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and strong muscles, etc. Our Friday class at the leisure centre in Cogan needs more participants or it is in danger of being terminated. The class starts at 1pm, although there may be a possibility of a future change to 12.15pm. So come on ladies and gents, give it a go!

It’s free for over 60s (school holidays excluded). You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
