LATE on Sunday night a group of mindless idiots went down Redlands road smashing at least eight wing mirrors on the parked cars. In our case they took the trouble to do both sides. This will cost us at least £200 for repairs.
It is not the first time this sort of thing has happened. Somebody must know the perpetrators.
I would like to thank the two very pleasant policewomen who arrived within half an hour of my phone call; took fingerprints and made inquiries in the area.
There is a small reward awaiting anyone who contacts the police station and gives information leading to a conviction.
