IT was with surprise and concern that I notice on Plaid Cymru’s calendar that the Dinas Powys Community Council’s Twyn Ward had a new Plaid councillor.
This is prior to the proposed by-election to be held on January 24 to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Conservative Cllr Nigel Streeter.
Does Plaid have second sight and know the result before the votes have been counted and the result of the election announced?
