THE Cogan Dog Walkers’ Society will start their 2013 season on Monday, and new members are most welcome. The club meets at the children’s play area on Cogan Field at 7pm and the owners stand around smoking while their dogs foul the playing fields and the play area itself.
If weather and time permits the group then walks through the streets of Cogan allowing their dogs to foul the pavements. On behalf of all members of The Cogan Dog Walkers Society we would like to offer our congratulations to one member and his spaniel who recently managed to leave a huge mess outside both Cogan Nursery AND Cogan Primary School. Well done to both. Membership of the club is free and open to all, providing you are irresponsible and utterly anti-social. And own a dog.
