THE VALE 50+ Strategy Forum has, over the past eight months, talked to people over the age of 50 in the Vale and compiled a written and photographic record of their fondest memories to share within the wider community.
Memories range from missionary work in Africa, a lifetime’s service in the RAF, to being bombed out during the 2nd World War.
This compilation of people’s memories will be on display in Barry Central Library from Monday, March 4, until Friday, March 8, during normal library opening hours.
