DOG fouling always seems a popular subject and I always read with interest anyone brave enough to write a letter concerning this antisocial practice.
Walking a 15 metre stretch of lane behind our house in Stanwell Road/Victoria Square we came across roughly 16 dog poos. The rest of the lane was equally disgustingly covered and is quite frankly a health hazard.
Perhaps the Penarth Times could run a competition to find the most dog fouled place in Penarth? It might point XFOR in the right direction to issue Fixed Penalty Notices and net the council enough money to solve the national deficit!
