Shame cafe is closing

I AM writing with regards to the closure of the Washington Gallery and cafe in Penarth.
It is quite devastating that not only the gallery is shutting but the cafe too.
I would like to say thank you to Foxy’s and their manager, Joe, who made the cafe a super welcoming environment with good food too.
Such a shame that another independent trying to grow will probably be victim to a multinational moving in (I hope not).
