Concerned at cycle path

I AM very much in support of the concerns of Penarth residents over the tarmac cycle path proposed for the old railway line.
I know the cycle path is important to have but equally it must not be at the expense of the environment and aesthetics of the area.
I will be watching the issue closely and calling for the consultation to be carried out soon.
