Development plan laughable at best

THE new Draft Vale of Glamorgan Council Local Development Plan considers that an extra 400+ dwellings in Dinas Powys is a sensible proposal.
If it weren't so important this idea would be laughable at best. The southern half of Dinas Powys, where all these houses are to be built, is served by two bridges to the main road, [one already condemned and unsafe]. Pollution and traffic levels at peak periods are already dangerously high.
So how can this Cabinet propose that we can allow a further 500+ more cars over these two bridges onto the already jammed queues to Cardiff?
