AS THe 89B bus only runs two hourly, is there any chance we could have a drop on and off summer bus service linking with Waterbus to take visitors past St. Augustine's to the pier pavilion, up the hill to the cliff top, and on to Cosmeston before returning via Marine Parade and the seafront to Penarth town centre and the barrage?
This would enable visitors from the bay to view all Penarth's main attractions without adding to Penarth's parking problem, and, if this bus service had a trial run during Penarth's festival fortnight, it would overcome the obstacle of the hill that deters more senior Penarthians from viewing the art exhibition on the cliff top.
