WITH reference to the resident in Railway Terrace (letter, Penarth Times, April 24) who has clear issues with alleged illegal parking of unlicensed vehicles in the street where he or she lives and feels that the upholding of traffic infringement legislation seems to be decided by who you are; may I suggest reporting the problem to the relevant Traffic Enforcement Officers ie the Traffic Wardens, either in person if they are about in Penarth or to the Vale of Glamorgan.

My positive dealings with them as a professional body find them to universally uphold the law irrespective of who you are or who you know and they are highly effective. All good.
