LAST Friday and again last Monday a number of fast food outlets from Plassey Street to lower Glebe Street have once again dumped their rubbish on the pavements only for the seagulls to tear apart the bags leaving debris all over the street.
This is not the first time that they have all behaved in this irresponsible manner. I have photographic evidence which I will send to the Environmental Health team and I would urge residents to boycott until the owners can act in a more responsible manner.
After all council tax payers are having to fund massive clean up operations at least twice a week because of this.
