HAVING a problem with my bladder I quite often use local toilets. When I arrived at the toilets they were shut for refurbishment. Why could they not have kept one open with someone on the door to ensure ladies and gents could use them occasionally.
Any visitor to Penarth would see the sign indicating W.C.'s only to find they are not open. There are no other toilets available unless you go into a local pub. What is happening to Penarth?
