THE Vale council would be endangering lives if the proposed polling station is sited at Cosmeston Country Park.
Lavernock Road is extremely dangerous, with constantly speeding traffic and an absence of traffic lights or safe crossing areas.
The obvious place for the polling station would be Brockhill Rise Community Hall, built to serve the needs of Lavernock and surrounding areas.
So, come on councillors, let’s get this sorted, or risk losing precious votes – haven’t you heard, Ukip is in town.
