JULY 2016 sees the centenary of the attack on Mametz Wood on the Somme by battalions of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers, South Wales Borderers and the Welsh Regiment. I am writing a new book on the subject and am seeking previously unpublished photographs of the soldiers who took part in this momentous battle and any stories associated with their participation for inclusion in my book.
