Letter: The kind Bill who helped Sydney
I JUST wanted to say that I am the Bill from Sydney Baker’s letter! (Penarth Times Thursday, January 29).
One of my friends pointed it out to me in the paper. It was so nice to see how much he appreciated the help and the letter really made my day.
