WITH another two eating places about to open in Penarth I feel as though it’s becoming like another road in a Cardiff suburb full of cafes and takeaways.
There is a need for shops to encourage people to come to town. Woolworths and Hypervalue are a loss. They were shops you could walk around.
We need a Wilkinson or Home Bargain. Today I will be going to Merthyr Tydfil where there are many shops, an indoor and outdoor market. Give it a try. Couple of minutes away is the large Cyfartha Park outlet.
