WHEN it was decided that the changes to Penarth over the last 20 years or so should be recorded in photographs it was intended that the Penarth Haven and Marina and the Penarth Heights developments should have their own separate categories, to be introduced at a later date.
However, it seems you would like to bring them into the picture now so please add:
f) Penarth Haven and Marina
g) Penarth Heights
to the list already published in a previous Penarth Times and you can be part of this project. Don’t forget to identify the location with brief description and approximate date of each development photographed, presented on an A4 sheet with your name and contact details on the back.
N.B. Penarth Heritage Centre at South Lodge in Windsor Gardens will be open for an hour on Friday, October 9, between 11.30am and 12.30pm to receive your photographs.
Other opening times will follow but it would be encouraging to have a good initial response.
