DEAR editor,
Our parade was beaten by the weather but not the spirit of Christmas.
Hamptons opened up their store so Father Christmas could be able to meet his little friends.
Soon word got around and there was support by many of our shops and businesses in Penarth.
Thank you Hamptons for saving our day,
