CAN we assume that the Dinas Powys councillors mentioned in the concern about work near primary school story on the front page of last week’s edition voted in favour of the housing development on the former Bryneithin site? If so, why did they vote this way if the “proper safety plan” that they say they want wasn’t already in place. If they didn’t vote for it, is this just an attempt to delay the development?
