AS chairman of Penarth Arts and Crafts Ltd – the not-for-profit organisation leading the bid to restore the Pier Pavilion Building – I would like to invite everyone in the community to join us in this charitable registration that manages the Washington Gallery and is finalising the HLF bid to renovate and restore the Penarth Pavilion, so there will be something for everyone.

We are confident the people of Penarth of all ages would want to support the vision PACL has to transform this building into a focal point for the community.

As a Penarthian, I’m calling on all to lend support.
