THE removal of trees from the streets of Penarth concerns many residents.
As such, and as local campaigners in the Stanwell Ward of Penarth in the forthcoming local authority elections, we share those concerns.
It may interest readers of the Penarth Times, that the Vale of Glamorgan Council are soon to be asked to draw up a new policy for the management of highway trees.
