Band heads to Norway

THIS coming weekend the Vale of Glamorgan Band has the honour of representing the Vale at Fecamp in Normandy for an annual festival of the sea and music, named Estivoiles.
Fecamp is twinned with the Vale of Glamorgan, and the last time the band attended was 1996.
The band is also working hard preparing to compete in this year’s National Eisteddfod. This will be a first for the band.
