Thank you for cabaret

ON behalf of Gemini Events, I would like to say a big thank you to everyone that contributed their time, talent and cash towards the Cabaret Show at the Paget Rooms, Penarth, last Sunday.
The show was a great success both in its entertainment value, as well as enabling a donation of £100 to Velindre cancer hospital.
The audience were treated to a variety of acts including tap dancing, energetic hip hop/street dance and lovely guest soloists with songs from West End and Broadway shows. The bulk of the show was covered by PODS (Penarth Operatic and Dramatic Society) Concert Party with a selection of 'musical' medleys.
With the layout of tables and chairs and mood lighting, provided by Neil at Stagecraft Sound and Lighting, the 'night club' atmosphere helped to transform the evening into what it was.
Thanks again everyone, including the public as without your attendance all would have been in vain. See you all at the next event, watch this space.
