Big Hats for Heroes response - thank you!

FURTHER to the article about Hats4heroes last week (Penarth Times, August 23), I would like to say that I have had a very good response and would like to thank all the people who have already made donations.
If any of your readers would like to make a contribution of chocolate to be sent out to the troops along with the hats, then Fourways and Snells newsagents in Penarth have very kindly agreed to have a donation box in their shops.
Once again thank you to the Penarth Times and its readers for their kind support.
