The need for dog wardens

WELL done to the lady who highlighted the dog attack at Cosmeston (Penarth Times, October 11). There have been numerous attacks and it is time the law was enforced.
I am frightened to walk my dog in Cosmeston and I always keep him on a lead and clean up after him. We can all advise what the law is. Where are these dog wardens?
