During his time at Sinclairslaw, Andrew has managed to develop the law and has assisted to build a stronger department alongside senior partner Mr Michael Charles. He has been involved in a number of important judicial review cases, including matters relating to the social care of children and their families based in Wales.”

The spokesperson added: “Andrew would like to put on record his thanks to his Welsh based clients and the members of the Penarth office who have helped him as a trainee and then worked alongside him helping him reach his current position. Andrew now hopes to provide the same support to the younger members of the growing practice.

“It is hoped that Andrew will remain at Sinclairslaw for many years to come and be able to assist many more clients obtain the appropriate education that they deserve.”
