Penarth Book Festival officially launched by town mayor

PENARTH Book Festival was officially launched by Town Mayor Councillor Neil Thomas earlier this week.
Following a successful first year in 2012, the event is shaping up to be a spectacular sequel, with a variety of literary events throughout the town.
The Town Mayor Cllr Neil Thomas officially launched the opening of this year’s festival with a warm reception at Foxys Deli on Wednesday, October 16.
Penarth Book Festival will run from October 16 to Monday, October 21..
