A PENARTH man is set to take part in a 100mile bike ride around London in aid of charity next month.
Ken Pugh, who has also completed five London to Paris bike rides in aid of charity, will tackle the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 in aid of Action Medical Research on Sunday, August 10.
The charity raises much needed funds for research into difficult medical conditions that affect children.
Former rugby player Ken will be joined by the likes of ex-England internationals Martin Johnson and Matt Dawson, who are also taking part in the ride.
