ST JOHN Cymru Wales, the country’s leading first aid charity, is launching its "Save a Life September" campaign.
On Saturday, August 30, St John Wales will be helping to raise awareness of the importance of first aid as well as giving the public the chance to sign up for free community first aid sessions.
St John Wales currently has 4,200 volunteers across Wales. A number of them will be in Cardiff City Centre, teaching the public vital skills such as CPR and how to treat a person who is choking.
They will also be signing up those who would like to take part in a free first aid session and answering any first aid questions.
