THE Rotary Club of Dinas Powis has provided £1000 sponsorship for the Teen Spirit October Masquerade Ball organised to raise funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust Unit at the University Hospital of South Wales at the Heath in Cardiff.
The photograph shows Lara Cowpe being presented by this year’s President of the Rotary Club of Dinas Powis Colin Jones together with Bill Christensen, Speaker Secretary of Dinas Powis Club.
Lara, spoke to the Dinas Powis Club earlier in the year about the amazing work done by the Teenage Cancer Trust and is herself a cancer survivor.
Lara chairs the Teen Spirit Cardiff Organising Committee for the Masquerade Ball and is an Ambassador for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
