MEMBERS of the public will now be able to watch meetings of the Vale council's planning committee online.
The first council meeting which Vale residents will be able to watch live on the council's website will be the meeting of the planning committee on Thursday, December 18.
The new webcasting service offers Vale residents the opportunity to see how the committee makes decisions and watch the debates in which their views are represented.
The new webcasting service, which has been funded by a Welsh Government grant provided to all local authorities in Wales, will allow local residents to tune in at any time during the meeting or catch up via our website afterwards.
