The following cases were heard at Cardiff and Vale Magistrates' Court sitting at Cardiff:

Lee Michael Green, aged 20, of Elfed Avenue, Penarth, pleaded guilty to unlawful damage by spraying clothing with bleach. He was fined £60, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.

Ashley Paul Jones, aged 22, of Trem Elai, Penarth, pleaded guilty to the unlawful damage of doors, walls and a mirror, assault and two counts of unlawful damage of a car.

Community orders were made on each offence requiring 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay a total compensation of £780, £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.

Thomas Sean Jenkins, aged 31, of Queens Road, Penarth, was proven guilty through single justice procedure of driving without insurance. He was fined £120 and his licence endorsed with six penalty points. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. He was also proven guilty through single justice procedure of driving a vehicle without a licence for that class of vehicle. There was no separate penalty.

Georgina Amy Niblett, aged 28, of St David's Crescent, Penarth, was proven guilty of speeding through single justice procedure. She was fined £220 and her licence endorsed with three penalty points. She was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge.
