POLICE have launched an appeal to find a man who they want to speak to in connection with affray.
Officers would like to speak with Conor McLelland, 24, from Penarth in connection with an incident at Greggs bakery on Windsor Road in October 2016.
Anyone with information is urged to contact 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously, quoting reference 1600399929.
