Age Connects are hosting an information session at Penarth Library
FOLLOWING the success of Age Connects Cardiff and Vale's 'Ageing Well' information session, a further session has been arranged to be held at Penarth Library.
The session is due to be held on Thursday, September 24 between 10am and 12 midday.
Age Connects advisors will be on hand to signpost what help is available and suggest any relevant sources of further information. An Adviser from the project will be able to advise on a multitude of services that the service provides, and literature will also be available to take away.
