Dr. Haydn Jones and the Dinas Powys Ecumenical Seven entertained on the night
THE Dinas Powys branch of the RNLI has helped to raise more than £1,620 for the organisation, after hosting a successful 'Songs of the Sea' fundraising evening last month.
Entertainment was provided by Dr Hayn Jones and the Dinas Powys Ecumenical Seven who provided an evening of music and laughter at the Dinas Powys Parish Hall on Saturday, February 17, for which a number of attendees arrived in fancy dress.
Guests were also treated fish and chips during the event's interval.
The RNLI would like to thank all those who came to help make the event a success, as well as their volunteers who helped out on the night.
