Traffic chaos is there for whole world to see
PENARTH'S traffic chaos has been filmed - and has now been put on to the internet for the world to see.
Penarth Times reader Paul Dyer captured Tuesday evening's logjam on camera, as he made his way by cycle through the cars which were standing - engines running - on Windsor Road, as far back as the town.
He has made a video of it for readers to see - in case anyone is still in doubt as to the impact on the people of Penarth of the continuing roadworks.

* The traffic problems are becoming even worse, according to readers - see letters.
