The first few stories this week focus on water safety, with the Vale council warning against jumping into Cosmeston Lake and the RNLI training as a response to people jumping off Penarth Pier.

Enjoying the Commonwealth Games? I got the chance to speak to boxer and Penarth native Haaris Khan last week before his unfortunate early exit in Birmingham.
